Terms of Service

Effective Date: 1st April 2025

Welcome to AuthorityPanel, a digital authority-building platform operated by OXE LTD, a UK-based company located at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, www.authoritypanel.com ("Website"), and the services we offer, including but not limited to press placements, Wikipedia pages, Google Knowledge Panels, social media verification, and editorial PR support ("Services").

By using our Website or Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental agreements provided at the time of service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Website or Services, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are not barred from doing so under any applicable laws.

2. Service Scope & Relationship

AuthorityPanel provides consulting and editorial facilitation services for brand building and digital visibility. This includes identifying and securing placements in editorial publications and platforms via our media relationships.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, AuthorityPanel is not acting as a publisher or legal immigration consultant. We facilitate placements with third-party publishers and platforms through a network of established relationships.

All services are subject to internal vetting, eligibility approval, and editorial discretion.

3. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected package or custom services as outlined in your Service Agreement or Proposal. Payment terms will be defined per engagement. No work will be initiated prior to confirmed payment unless otherwise stated.

If we are unable to complete the agreed-upon deliverables, and we have not yet commenced editorial writing or pitching, you may be eligible for a refund (see Refund Policy).

4. Non-Guarantee Clause

AuthorityPanel guarantees delivery of agreed-upon services (e.g., placement in publications), but we do not guarantee downstream outcomes, such as immigration approval, verification approval, or traffic performance.

Our role is to secure legitimate press and authority placements, not to influence governmental or platform decisions. Any claims implying otherwise are expressly disclaimed.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

You retain ownership of any content you provide, but by submitting it to AuthorityPanel, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the content for the sole purpose of delivering the agreed Services.

AuthorityPanel retains rights to its platform, brand, and all proprietary documents, frameworks, and visuals.

6. Third-Party Services & Platforms

We may work with or publish through third-party platforms such as Google, Instagram, Meta, Wikipedia, news outlets, and others. All engagements are subject to those platforms’ terms of service. We do not control these platforms and cannot be held liable for their decisions or editorial revisions.

7. Confidentiality

All communication, strategy documents, media contacts, and processes are confidential. You agree not to share internal documents or third-party contacts sourced through AuthorityPanel. Breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of your engagement and legal action.

8. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity or make false claims in content submissions.
  • Reuse or resell our deliverables without permission.
  • Contact or solicit our media partners directly, bypassing AuthorityPanel.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. If AuthorityPanel terminates due to breach of these Terms, no refund is due. If terminated before deliverables begin, you may be entitled to a partial refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using the Services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any issues swiftly and professionally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be referred to mediation before any formal legal action is taken.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, AuthorityPanel and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for Services in the last 12 months.
